www.idasupercorridor.com Indore: After a gap of around a decade, Indore Development Authority (IDA) has planned to come up with two residential colonies. The proposed Scheme-172 and Scheme-176, which will take shape on Super Corridor, will be developed on about 500 acre in next two years. “To develop the proposed schemes, IDA has decided to involve farmers, whose land will be acquired, in the planning and giving them ownership rights of 33 per cent plots of developed colony. Besides, authorities have decided not to wait for the entire land, meant for proposed schemes, but carry out sector-wise development on land as acquired,” IDA CEO Vivek Kshotriya told TOI.
