"To develop the proposed schemes, IDA has decided to involve farmers, whose land will be acquired, in the planning and giving them ownership rights of 33 per cent plots of  developed colony. Besides, authorities havedecided not to wait for the entire land, meant  for proposed schemes, but carry out sector-wise development on land as acquired," IDA CEO Vivek Kshotriya told TOI.
