https://idasupercorridor.blogspot.com/?m=1 स्कीम 140 के भूखंडों के आवंटन पर फिलहाल रोक जारी रहेगी। इन भूखंडों को लेकर हाई कोर्ट में दायर 50 याचिकाओं में शुक्रवार को सुनवाई हुई। आईडीए को किसानों और गृह निर्माण संस्थाओं के लिए आरक्षित भूखंडों की स्थिति नक्शे पर स्पष्ट करना थी, लेकिन उसके वकील ने इसके लिए समय मांगा। इस पर कोर्ट ने पहले दिए यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के आदेश को यथावत रखते हुए 18 जनवरी तक का समय दे दिया। तब तक आवंटन की प्रक्रिया रुकी रहेगी। उल्लेखनीय है कि आईडीए ने करीब 6 महीने पहले स्कीम 140 के 192 भूखंडों को बेचने के लिए टेंडर बुलवाए थे। इनमें से कुछ भूखंडों के तो उसे डेढ़ लाख रुपए वर्गमीटर तक का प्रस्ताव मिला था। सालों पहले आईडीए ने स्कीम के लिए इस क्षेत्र के किसानों और गृह निर्माण संस्थाओं की जमीन अधिग्रहित की थी। अधिग्रहण को चुनौती देते हुए किसानों ने कोर्ट में याचिकाएं दायर कर दी। कोर्ट ने इन याचिकाओं का निराकरण करते हुए आईडीए को आदेश दिया था कि वह किसानों को जमीन के बदले 20 प्रतिशत विकसित भूखंड दे। सिंगल बेंच के इस फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए आईडीए ने अपील दायर कर दी।...
