accommodate the demands of the increasing population of the great city Indore, IDA will develop new residential premises by connecting scheme 176 to Super corridor Indore. There is another proposal for developing for scheme 134 A, 134 B, 165, 170, 171, 174, 175, and 177. In concern of this, IDA has been approaching the concerning farmers and landowners with the proposal for development.

In the meeting held on 22 February in the IDA conference, along with IDA CEO, Vivek Shrotriya, there were other respected members present. The meeting witnessed the presence of executive engineer, S.S. Rathore, Anil Mahajan, R.K. Singh, Anil Shukla, B.M. Gupta, Rajendra Porwal, Anil Chugh. Here, the IDA CEO, Mr. Vivek Shrotriya has notified the divisional commissioner and IDA chairman Mr. Akash Tripathi to proceed faster and hand over the plannings to the municipal corporation.

What are the plans and proposals?

1.Developing scheme 151, 169B, 139 and 166:

IDA has many proposals for super corridor including scheme 151, 169B, 139 and 166. These have been converting into commercial premises. For executing all the plans, the required process is being performed by the IDA to have the land authorization. The construction of CC road, drainage system, and electricity distribution have been started at the authorized lands. IDA has the plans for connecting Western Ring Road, residential premises near to the airport, A.B. road, Ujjain road and Ahmedabad national highway.

2.Sent a proposal of MR3 and MR5 to the State government:

IDA has many plans for connecting and broadening Super corridor Indore. To connect Super corridor to the entire city, IDA has the plans and proposal for constructing MR3 and MR5 and therefore it has sent the proposal to the state government without any delay in the meeting. The development and construction works have been continuously progressing in Indore including scheme 151 (355 hectares), scheme 169B (197 hectares), 169A (150 hectares), scheme 139 (139 hectares). The scheme 170 913 hectares) has been proposed for the sports complex. 

It also has a proposal for building an international bus terminal. Also, at Vijay Nagar, one of the famous and populated areas in Indore, the IDA will build a bus terminal. All will contribute to the progress of Indore.
