TCS Campus (scheme no 151 and 169-B) : Its a 100 acre site ( 1.33 Km by 0.3 km ) located on Super Corridor , Next to Medical Hub .

8) IDA is coming up with their own building at Super Corridor in scheme No. 166 with area of approx 8 lakh sq.ft. which they intent to lease to I.T companies on “plug and play” concept. Also plots are/would be allotted to I.T companies under the existing I.T policy of the state, under which lot of incentives would be provided to I.T companies which would be one of the major attractions for I.T companies to come here.

There is a lot of pent up demand by mid level I.T companies for plots as these companies typically provide services to big companies, like skilled man power supply, sub contracting work for TCS & Infosys etc. Because of IDA’s allotment of plots to I.T companies, big medical institutions, leading universities of India, this area will develop pretty fast. Lot of additional demand by concerns catering to these companies like Hotels, hostels, guest house, banks, coaching institutes,BPO units, KPO units etc. will be there.
